Powers of GOD

Power of GOD : 

God knew that man neither has nor is capable of inventing instrumental devices to detect Him or to measure His attributes such as mercy, beneficence, power e.t.c., and thereby accept Him as the supreme Authority, God. He therefore rightly invites man to infer His existence through the evidence available in the universe He created:

"All praise is due only for ALLAH who created the skies and the earth and made the darkness and the light, yet those who disbelieve set up equals with their Foster-er  He, it is Who created you from clay, then he decreed a term, and there is a term named with him, still you dispute. And, He is ALLAH in skies and in the earth , He knows your secret (thoughts) and your open (words) and he knows what you earn."( Surah AL-INAAM )

"Surely you foster-er is ALLAH who created the skies and the early in six periods, and He holds control on the throne, regulating the affair, there is no intercessor except after His permission, , This is ALLAH your foster-er  therefore serve Him, will you not mind ? /to him is your return, of all (of you), the promise of ALLAH (made) in truth, He begins the creation in the first instance, the he reproduces it, that He may with justice recompense those who believe and do good, and those who disbelieve shall have a drink of hot water and pain-full chastisement because they disbelieved  He it is who made the sun and shinning brightness and the moon a light, and ordained for it mansions that you might know the computation of years and the reckoning. ALLAH did-not create it but with truth, He makes the signs manifest for a people who know. In the variations of the night and the day, and (in) what ALLAH has created in the skies and the earth, there are sure signs for a people who guard (against evil)". (Surah YOUNAS v.6) 

"And the earth We have spread it forth and made in it firm mountains and caused to grow in it of every suitable thing. And We have made in it means of subsistence for you and for him for whom you are not the suppliers. And there is not a thing but with Us are the treasures of it, and We do not send it down but in a known measure.And we send the winds fertilizing, them send down water from the cloud , We give it to you to drink nor is it you who store it up, and surely We bring to life and cause to die and We are the heirs. And surely we know those of you who have gone before and we certainly know those who come later, your Forster-er will gather them together. He is wise, the Knowing". ( Surah AL-HAJAR v.19-25)

"ALLAH is He Who raised the skies (heavenly bodies) without any pillars that you see, and He holds control on the throne  and He made the sun and the moon subservient, each one pursues its course to an appointed time, He regulates the affair, making clear the signs that you may be certain of meeting you Foster-er".( Surah AL-RAAD v.2) 

"Glorify the name of your foster-er  the most high, Who creates then makes complete, and Who makes (things) according to a measure, then guides (them to their goal), and Who brings forth herbage, then makes it dried up dust colored".(Surah AL-ALA v.1-5)

"He it is who created for you, all that is in the earth.... "( Surah AL-BAQRAH v.29)

"Wonderful Originator of the skies (heavenly bodies) and the earth, and in the successive alternation of the night and the day, and in the ships that sail in the sea with that which profits human beings, and the water Which ALLAH sends down from the sky, then gives life with it to the earth after its death, and in the spreading in it of every (kind of) animal, and the changing of the winds and the clouds that are subjected to serve between the sky and the earth, there are certainly signs for people who have sense.( Surah AL-BAQARAH v.164 )  

"And one of the his signs is that we created you from the soil, then lo : you are mortals (who) scatter, and one of His signs is that He created mates for you from yourselves that you may find quiet of mind in them, and He put between you love and compassion, surely there are signs in this for a people who reflect. And one of his signs is the creation of the skies and the earth and the diversity of your tongues and colors surely there are signs in this for the learned, And one of his signs is your sleeping and your seeking of his grace by night and (by) day, surely there are signs in this for a people who would hear, and one of His signs is that He shows the lightning for fear and for hope, and sends down water from the cloud, then gives life there with to the earth after its death, surely there are signs in this for a people who understand. And one of His signs is that the skies and the earth subsist by his command, then when he calls you with a (Single) call from out of the earth, lo :  you come forth. And his is whosoever is in the heavens and the earth, all are obedient to Him, and He it is Who Originates the creation, then reproduces it, and it is easy for him, and His are the Most Exalted Attributes in the skies and the earth, And He is the Mighty, the Wise".(Surah AL-ROOM v.20-27)

"And in the earth there are signs for those who are sure and in your own souls (too) will you not then see?" ( Surah AL-ZARIYAAT v.20-21 ) 

".... and in what he spreads abroad of animals there are signs for a people that are sure".(Surah AL-Jatsiyah)

"Vision comprehends him not, and he comprehends(all) vision, and he is the know-er of subtleties, the Aware indeed there have come to you clear proofs from your Foster-er  whoever will therefore see, it is for (the good of) his own soul, and whoever will be blind it shall be against himself and O (prophet Muhammad S.A.W) am not a keeper over you".(Surah AL-INAAM v.103-105)

"We have created you, why do you not then accept (the truth) ? Have you considered the life-germ ? is it to you that create it, or are We the Creators, We have ordained death among you and We are not to be overcome, that we may change your attributes and make you grow into what you know not, And you know the first growth, Why do you not then mind ? Have you considered what you sow ? Is it that cause it to grow, or are We the causer of growth ? If we pleased, We could have made it broken down into pieces, then would you begin to lament : we are burdened with debt, nay we are deprived  Have you considered the water which you drink ? Is it you that send it down from the clouds, or are We the senders ? Had We pleased, We could have made it saltish, why do you not then give thanks? Have you considered the fire that you strike ? Is it you that produce the trees for it, or are we the producers ? we have made it a reminder and an advantage for the way fares of the desert. So glorify the name of your Foster-er, the Great".(Surah AL-WAQIYAH v.57-74)

"ALLAH is He besides Whom there is no God, the Ever-living the self subsisting by Whom all subsist, slumber does not over take. Him nor sleep, whatever is in the skies and whatever is in the earth is His, who is there that can intercede with Him but by His permission ? He knows what is before them and what is behind them, and they cannot comprehend anything out of his knowledge except what he pleases: His throne extends over the skies and the earth and the preservation (monitoring) of them both tires him not, and he is the most High, the Great".(Surah AL-BAQRAH v.255)

"....for ALLAH has power over all things". (Surah AL-BAQRAH v.109)

"....and ALLAH is the best of planners".(Surah AL-IMRAN v.54)

"Do you not see that ALLAH is he whom obeys whoever is in the heavens and whoever is in the earth, and the sun and the moon and the stars, and the mountains and the trees, and the animals and many of the people...?"(Surah AL-HAJ v.18)

"He is ALLAH the creator, and the purifier, the fashioner, His are the most excellent names, whatever is in the heavens and the earth declares His Glory, and He is the Mighty, the Wise".(Surah AL-HASHAR v.24)

Could there be better arguments to prove the existence of God than those put forward in the forgoing verses of the Quran ?

The popularity and prestige of science is due to its achievements - achievements which have not only engulfed the advance countries but have also reached remotest villages. If all the achievements of science are snatched away from it make to disappear and forgotten, science would lose the commanding status it enjoys today and probably no one would even care to think about it. Scientific achievements serve as the most concrete proof of the existence and capabilities of the human mind. Similarly the universe will all its wonders including man and the laws governing birth, survival, death and re-creation-achievement beyond comparison, serve as the most logical and concrete proof of the existence and capabilities of the ALL-powerful Master-Mind, the Creator, the Cherish-er, the director, the Supreme Authority God, i.e., ALLAH.
